Pat Burgener

Pat Burgener

Pat Burgener is not only an Olympic snowboarder but also a passionate singer-songwriter. Like many elite athletes, Pat faced a setback when he suffered a snowboarding injury in 2014. Instead of letting it slow him down, he used his time off the slopes to focus on his second passion: music. He teamed up with his brother Max, a London-based guitarist and music producer, to form a band. Pat began writing songs that reflected his life and travel experiences.

His early singles quickly gained traction, leading to performances at prestigious venues such as the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2016. Music became a crucial part of Pat's life, helping him find balance and even propelling his snowboarding career to new heights. In 2018, he realized his dream of representing Switzerland at the PyeongChang Olympics, where he achieved an impressive 5th-place finish.

After releasing four EPs, a debut album, and amassing over 13 million Spotify streams, Pat is now working on an ambitious collaboration album featuring some of his favourite artists. Through these collaborations, he aims to shine a light on those who have inspired him along his journey. The first two singles honour.
